Thornbury Skatefest

A lovely youth organisation in Thornbury, called Krunch, are throwing their annual skatefest on Saturday August 31st 2-6pm. The comps are being hosted by King Ramps so expect some pro rider demos, jokes on the mic, and a slick operation.

The park itself has seen better days, the tarmac floor is a little rough but the metal ramps are solid and fast, so bring yer pads and be prepared to embrace the gnar!

We've sorted a minibus to get everyone there as Thornbury is a bit of a trek (and lets not mention the bridge). Anyone who wants a seat will need to get a parent or guardian to complete the consent form here: CONSENT FORM.

There is no charge from us for the trip, but some of the activities provided may have a small fee (no more than £3 each), so we suggest bringing a little bit of pocket money etc.

Activities include: Graffiti workshops, climbing wall, inflatables, Glitter tattoos (wonder if they can do a Santa Cruz screaming hand?).

If you want to enter the comp, Krunch need you to fill in this form too:

You can check out last years event here:

See thee there!!!
